Developing Staff Wellbeing at Greenacre Academy. I am responsible for the scheduling of whole staff events, mindfulness and meditation strategies and upskilling and the creation of well-being champions throughout the staff body to aid in the whole school priority of staff wellbeing. These strategies have been developed by myself and agreed by SLT to promote a healthy, balanced and inclusive workplace for all staff.
