  I'm the production planner within our fluids department and we use the MRP system. I plan and create work schedules, monitor, and negotiate operational processes for the department. I lead the morning production meetings to go over current and future orders, so the customer service department can give the customer accurate feedback and status on their orders. I maintain and review stocking levels to meet appropriate min/max levels and I interact with vendors regarding delivery and quality performance issues. I have full responsibility for an outside customer using the SAP system; creating the delivery, setting up the carrier for pickups, deliveries, closing out all orders, printing BOLS's, maintain a spreadsheet to do a complete monthly inventory, and closing PO's for incoming raw materials.
