  As an intern, I am actively engaged in observing the KidsConnect program, meticulously recording behaviors and program notes, and learning various teaching strategies. I have already started assisting teachers with intervention activities within a short period. My major duties include implementing behavioral and skill development programs for individual or small group settings, always under the close supervision of the head teacher. During my internship, I am also learning how to instruct patients in fundamental self-care and daily living skills like toileting, self-feeding, hygiene, and dressing. Additionally, I am actively involved in implementing the behavioral management program for each patient, under the careful guidance of the classroom teacher. My responsibilities extend to helping with the daily activities of the environment, including setting up and cleaning, preparing for activities, and providing written feedback. Show less
