While with VOA and Associates, Charlie was the front line field architect for the owner on a mega-million dollar luxury hotel, with restaurants, convention center, spa facility, casino remodel project. I was the owner's project manager / owner's representative. Charlie's dedication to the project's successful completion was nothing short of extraordinary.
