Embedded Software Engineer

Nov 2019 - Dec 2020
Consultant as an Embedded Software Engineer. Worked in Linux environments, primarily programming in C for embedded platforms but also did a lot of Python scripting and used Docker for various tasks. My role offered a lot of freedom, which also required taking responsibility for solution architecture and software design. This job has given me more experience in taking charge of design and development and confidence in my ability to do so. I have also greatly increased my knowledge of Linux systems and modern tools relevant to them, both in a build environment and an embedded environment.
