My roll consisted of: • Overseeing the day to day running of the full Roofing and Cladding package. • Liaise with the client team and main contractor to insure the installation of roofing panel, wall cladding panel, flashing’s and all finishing work is to the correct design specification. • Advising client and contractor on best practice methods • Approve any changes to design specifications within my scope of works. • Planning and coordination of schedules of work for main contractor and sub-contractors while collecting all progress information for work programs and where necessary taking corrective action to meet, and exceed the clients expectations. • Ensuring the quality of installation is to the highest standard while adhering to the schedule and budget whilst maintaining OSHA health and safety standards • Attend monthly, weekly and daily meetings with main contractor and the client to actively come up with progressive plans to not only meet but beat deadlines. • The changing and signing off on design changes where I felt it would benefit the schedule and budget.
