Inbound Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities: -Assist in the planning and execution of KnowledgeWave's inbound marketing efforts to reach and influence our target audiences. -Use our marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to influence and nurture prospects. -Feed a regular supply of qualified leads to the Sales Team. -Recommend and execute social media campaigns relating to major company initiatives. -Conduct research to continuously evaluate, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of KnowledgeWave's marketing campaigns. -Manage the KnowledgeWave Blog by creating, editing and monitoring the engagement of posts. -Monitor/manage all SEO efforts of the KnowledgeWave website. As a Customer Success Representative, I focus on customer retention through product adoption and customer satisfaction. This is a dynamic position where I advise and educate clients on the products and services to which they are subscribed. Customer Success Representative Responsibilities: -Develop and implement a system for maximizing customer renewals. -Help clients understand the expected business value of their KnowledgeWave subscription. -Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships within our existing client channel and our reseller channels. -Renew existing clients on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. -Deliver solutions according to client needs and business objectives. -Identify new opportunities and refer them to the Business Development team. -Collaborate with the support and sales teams to ensure optimal system performance. -Recognize and alert management to trends impacting the client/user experience. -Communicate with clients on a regular basis via phone, email and online. -Track client communications and client status. -Escalate issues to support and sales teams as necessary.
