I worked with Charlie for half a year and would hire him again anytime! The moment he joined, he jumped right in and got the ball rolling. Charlie is exceptional at establishing lasting relationships with his coworkers and clients. He always has his team’s best interest at heart, and shares his ideas and new ways of working so that others can benefit from it. He is super proactive when it comes to finding solutions and solving problems and contributes unconventional, valuable ideas. Charlie quickly built himself a reputation amongst the team as LinkedInfluencer and stellar storyteller. He swiftly got really good at both due to his strong curiosity to learn and try new things. He naturally draws people towards him as source of inspiration and motivation which makes him a highly valued colleague. As his team lead, I especially enjoyed his strong communication skills. He was happy to address flaws or gaps in processes in a solution-oriented manner which made our working-relationship very productive and pleasant. Charlie is simply an amazing, empathetic and joyful person to work with. Thank you for everything and I am so excited to see what's next for you!

I had the pleasure of working with Charlie and can wholeheartedly recommend him as an exceptional team player. From the moment he joined the team, Charlie quickly established himself as an enthusiastic learner, always eager to gain new insights about nilo/sales and readily shared his learnings with the rest of us. I especially appreciated Charlie’s collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the team. He consistently demonstrated his ability to identify opportunities for improvement and effectively communicated his ideas. Overall, I can confidently say that Charlie is a strong performer who would make a valuable addition to any team. I would jump at the opportunity to work with him again in the future. Stay the way you are!
