Deirdre (Dee) Tobin
I've worked with Charley and Alternatives for over a year now. From a consultants perspective they provide a very professional service to both the organisations they work for and the consultants they place, this is invaluable from a consultants perspective as your reputation is what your business is based upon. They offer a tremendous network of opportunities and have gone above and beyond to support me in building out my own business. Charley herself is extremely personal, she oozes enthusiasm to drive business forward. I look forward to partnering with Alternatives in the future.
Niall O'Grady
Charley has been a long standing, outstanding support to permanent tsb in addressing interim and full time recruitment needs. She challenges the team in Alternatives to go beyond any client brief so that they understand exactly what the client requires and why. In addition her teams market understanding and people networking is hugely strengthened through the great thought leadership initiatives that Charley and the team at Altenatives lead across the sector.

I am honoured to be the first Irish person to sit on the EACA Board, and to be given the remit of Chair of the National Assocations Council. I believe that the work that IAPI has achieved in positioning Ireland at the centre of the European commercial creativity industry, has resulted in this appointment and I am thrilled to be working with such a stellar Board and individuals across Europe who work hard to promote this amazing industry!
