This project represented the single largest financial outlay the firm incurred. Successfully executed all aspects of the project from hiring the programmer - to designing the functionality - and on through to final implementation both on-budget and on-time. Ultimately, this application provided a significant competitive advantage, cost savings, best in industry customer service all while providing up to the minute performance measures for service providers (e.g. saving the cost of 3 FTE’s.)
