Charles is a great sounding board for new business ideas and planning start up. Resounding financial prowess! Thanks for the advice through the years!

Dale Knutson, TSSP, WSO

I am proud to he able to recommend Charles for any type of training or facilitation position. He is totally unbiased toward any subject matter, and has the uncanny ability to get a concensus from a very diverse group of people when needed. He is quiet when he needs to be; very low key at the right times. But then - when he needs to be, he can be very convincing about what he believes in. Charlie has a great sense of humor, and, although is serious about his work, is able to laugh at himself, and with others around him. An excellent choice for facilitator or trainer. I'm very glad to know him, and to have worked with him. Dale Knutson
