With a deep technology background, I've helped the new company's CTO with the engineering team management, employee coaching, technical guidance and innovation. Acted as an innovation supporter, presenting and helping to manage the adoption and development of new tools, products and technologies like cloud infrastructure, test automation, multiplatform architectures, computer vision solutions, Machine Learning, edge A.I. Inference and IoT/Microcontrollers. The platform also provided an image library with a great visual quality, something that they wouldn't have… Show more We founded UaiTI in 2008, focused initially on Web Development Outsourcing. After 2010, we started to work with the development of Educational Technologies. Our most exciting project was EAD Builder, a tool that helped Teachers and Instructional Designers to create online courses without a lot of hassle that they would have working with complex tools like Flash and Illustrator. The platform also provided an image library with a great visual quality, something that they wouldn't have working with PowerPoint or similar tools. My main role was to set the product vision and roadmap, leading the development team to create great products, focused on customers needs and with as few resources as possible. To achieve that, we applied techniques of Lean Startup and Customer Development, and worked with agile methodologies like Scrum and with cutting-edge technologies. Our company was one of the firsts to use the MEAN Stack (MongoDB + Express + AngularJS + NodeJS) at the time. We eventually helped other Brazilian companies to start to work with this technology stack.
