I’ve known Charles since 1997, when we meet at the U.S. Army Basic Recruiter Course. After graduation we were both assigned to the Milwaukee Recruiting BN, where he earned top new recruiter of the year and top Small Station of the year as an on production Station Commander. Charles is a loyal and dedicated recruiter that is always willing to go above and beyond to achieve mission success. His knowledge of recruiting and ability as a recruiter was most recognized when he was selected to be the Nashville Recruiting BN’s Master Trainer. He is the epitome of

Eric Z.

Charles is one of the most upbeat and hard working co-workers in defense and contract recruiting I have had the honor to work with. I would recommend him for immediate hire to make a great addition to anyone's staff. He is internally motivated and has a strong work ethic both at the office, and when he's off duty. After he screened selected candidates to be hired he would pass candidates over for review and clearance verification to Operations/Security where I worked. He is great at helping others succeed, and is skilled at instructing others in his areas of expertise. He was willing to help and interested to learn about cross functional company tasks and processes. I would certainly work with him again anytime!
