I managed Charles from 2014-2016 during our shared time at Barksdale AFB. Working with CJ was fantastic! When tasked with anything CJ would tackle it without hesitation. He is very skilled in leadership development, supervisory skills, and Lean Six Sigma processes. CJ consistently made the work environment a pleasure for myself and all of his coworkers daily. I would absolutely work with him again in the future and highly recommend him for any future endeavors.
