I started off working as a security officer at the Murano Grande (A premiere property on Miami Beach). My beginning duties involved working a rotating shift which included afternoons and overnight/graveyard shifts. I would patrol the property, check the machine/pump rooms, responded to complaints, write detailed incident reports and document any issues found through photographic evidence.When I moved into the role of Assisant Director of Security I was assigned additional duties to those previously listed. I was involved in complex investigations, and would review video footage and evidence to assist management in resolving and documenting incidents on site. I was also responsible for payroll when the Director of Security was not present, scheduling, interaction with the board of directors & management, as well as discipline/counseling of officers that did not meet up to company and site standards.

My duties included: searching hard drives on a network for specific news stories for clients, transferring the files to the work station, editing the files (Trimming the fat around specific stories, adding slates, using transitions to create a smoother viewing experience, and sending the finished product to my supervisor for review), rendering files (Either mpg, avi or making a playable disc or dvd), and printing and subsequently labeling the finished product.
