• Designed, produced, and implemented an MTS Firing Room Conversion Kit which expanded the capabilities of a test set to enable testing optical receivers. The conversion kit effectively provided the supported repair depot with an additional receiver test bench for a fraction of the price. • Delivered a week-long training course to three new optical receiver technicians, providing them the technical knowledge to become highly proficient in testing and repairing the receiver subsystem. • Composed and published multiple depot-internal documents to provide supplemental maintenance instructions and improve technician performance.
