They remain devoted clients because Chuck treats each of them like they were his only client. He lead many health care projects from conception to occupancy and, in 1996, he helped open their Portland office to serve OHSU and Peacehealth. Later, he helped move this office to San Francisco to better serve California Pacific Medical Center and capitalize on California’s healthcare facility upgrade boom brought on by SB1953.
