I worked with Charles for six (6) months during his employment with our Business Partner, E. C. Soliman Septic Tank Disposal. Although he was part of their Human Resource Department, we was also selected to be part of their Information, Education and Communication (IEC) campaign which we closely worked with to disseminate the information regarding the Septage Management Program to all 43 barangays of the Municipality of Mexico. This included speaking to, engaging with and maintaining rapport with government officials, clients and all affected parties. It was during this time where I witnessed and observed the quality of the orientation that Charles and his team provided. As a speaker, Charles makes it a point that his presentations and language are appropriate and relatable for the type of audience he will engage with. He was also assigned temporarily at our Main and Branch offices to help address client concerns regarding the new program. This included dealing with clients who were mostly irate. I was impressed by how efficiently he was able to de-escalate the situation and resolve the concerns. Overall, I can attest that Charles has a diverse set of skills suitable for his line of work and I recommend him specially for his public speaking and client-centered service.
