This letter is my personal recommendation for Charles Beauregard. I have been Charles's immediate supervisor for one year. I found him to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile. Besides being a joy to work with, Charles is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. He has successfully developed several Datacenter plans for our company that has resulted in increased revenue. During his tenure, Charles has help with the automation of some of our process that we saw an increase in performance in how information was delivered to our customers. The new revenue and performance increase in our datacenter was a direct result of the plans implemented by Charles. Though he was an asset to our Information technology efforts, Charles was also extraordinarily helpful in other areas of the company. In addition to assisting in other areas of the IT department, Charles assumed a leadership role in Team meetings, inspiring and motivating other employees. I highly recommend Charles for employment. He is a team player and would make a great asset to any organization.
