Embedded in Crossrail’s offices (CRL) working along-side CRL’s Agent Bechtel. I was requested by Bechtel to additionally assume responsibility for the SRC package from mid 2006 to late 2007. Member of the Crossrail Change Management Team committees for Standards, Procedures and Electronic Database Management Systems. Liaised with Crossrail’s Trainer to design courses on the use of their database to enable Mott MacDonalds’ personnel to support me. Liaised with Mott MacDonald project QA Manager to devise Project Procedures for Document Control. Collaborated with the QA Manager and my counterparts in other firms to build a Design Team based file structure that builds on the prior part of the project. Helped guide both packages through internal and external audits. Constructed flow charts and logs to monitor production and delivery of documents. Crossrail Project: Line 1 Development. 10/05 to 06/06. Created a geographically based file structure that has each sites’ files in one place. Designed the Project Plan of Work for Document Control systems. Customized exiting forms and templates to suit the project with QES Department.
