  I started the business in 1992 and with the help of a few key employees initially grew organically through our collective effort focusing mainly on previous customer relationships and then referrals and recommendations. We added two small acquisitions and integrated an IT company which increased the customer base overnight, added a service revenue stream and brought in a higher level of skill set. With a clear sales and service strategy we developed a real team spirit and a strong belief in the company. We worked hard to become successful but we had a lot of fun along the way.
