From the very beginning, Charles has always been the leader of our set. He has always gone above and beyond in everything that he does, and it was no surprise to anyone that he would soon take on the role as a set representative of our class. Charles was always willing to lend a helping hand to everyone in the class. He often offered to do review and group study sessions and helped anyone who may be lagging behind. As a setrep, Charles would always have the class's best interest in mind and communicated effectively with instructors to reach a compromise in various situations. It was a pleasure to be able to be in the same set as Charles and I am sure that any company would be lucky to have Charles on board their team as well!

Throughout our two-year diploma program, I had such a delightful experience working with Charles on multiple group projects. Looking back, for me and the other members, Charlie was a unique colleague, and will always be an irreplaceable piece of the team. While being a team leader, Charles was more of a good friend to everyone - our meetings were more like "group hangouts", than being stressful meetings filled with expectations. In any project, our ideas were always exchanged effectively and decisions were executed promptly on a group basis. Charles was also a compassionate person that was always willing to listen and to get to know his teammates better, in order to accommodate their needs and accentuate their specialties. Being in the same team, we were given equal chance to showcase our strengths, and it was a very encouraging experience. As a former teammate, I strongly believe Charles will shine and be a great asset to any team in his future endeavors.
