I have had the great opportunity and privilege to work with Charles who exemplified an amazing level of people-centricity. His role as a HR manager was invaluable in identifying great talent. He was instrumental in developing and revising our employee handbook as well as updating job descriptions. He helped develop a robust hiring process as well as trainings for managers.
