Andy W.
Charles is one of the most innovative and hardest working men I have met throughout my professional career. His innovative thoughts and his personal drive haleps to set Eco-Panels apart from other manufacturing comapnies and at the top of the growing SIP system global initiative. - Andy Wilson
Wei-Ai Tai
Charles was a great boss to work for during my tenure at ServerWorks. He provided guidance and stability during the startup days, and allowed me to grow as a professional. I would work for Charles again in a heartbeat, and I truly believe that he will be successful no matter what field he chooses to enter.

Manufacturer of a unique and proprietary type of structural insulated panels, or SIPs - a "green" building product. Our panels - specifically - have been noted by US Dept of Energy building scientists as being the most advanced panelized construction material on the market today, used in both commercial and residential applications. With founders coming from technology industry - not the construction industry - our primary advantages offer the most energy efficiency building envelopes in the world and the ability to ADAPT our product technologies to new environments and new market opportunities. Entering the building products industry just prior to a huge economic downturn, Eco-Panels has aggressively pursued a path of product and market innovation - and in some ways has been able to redefine discussions in the industry - in order to remain active in what has been an amazingly tough economic environment. With the ability to conceptualize, as well as synergize, market adversity has truly made Eco-Panels a stronger technology company operating in the building industry. Have served as consultant for a foam manufacturer and insulated panel companies in China as well as for operations supporting the petroleum industry and for developments in Africa, South America, New Zealand and the Caribbean. Business Unit of Eco-Panels LLC. Guardian Mobile Systems had developed and markets two primary products: The T2V ruggedized and super-insulated towable trailer with multiple power sources and customized outfitting. This trailer was developed in conjunction with emergency responders and international relief organizations to withstand the harshest of environments the world has to offer - yet can be towed by vehicles already in theater. Further we can partner with non-profit relief organizations to get you medical supplies for pennies on the dollar. Present mobile medical clinics operating in Kenya, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Peru, Haiti, Dominican Republic and the continental US. Our other product is the RESPONDER Building System - containerized building kits with power systems and supplies to be stored until a time of need. Can be erected by typically 3-4 persons with virtually no building experience. Show less

We developed the most advanced wireless (MIMO) self configuring cloud-based video surveillance network on the market in 2004 - and it's still the market technology leader in 2013. I was responsible for hardware design schedules, budgets, new product introduction (NPI) and the manufacturing ramp. We recently secured a major partnership with the $5B US division of Securitas. The entire time I worked for Smartvue I was living 5 hours away so after two years I left the company with a strong desire to work more local to home in western NC. I'm still an enthusiastic investor and advisor. Show less
