Architecture, development and business analysis of all SG JHB new tools Maintenance and enhancement of run-the-banks systems - Lead developer on a interface between SG JHB and the automated clearing house BankserveAfrica. The system is in production and responsible for transactions in the millions every day. Decoupled architecture (plugin) to facilitate upgrades, and new features. - Lead developer on a middleware responsible for routing (SWIFT) messages through SG JHB information’s systems following business rules and regulations. Aim to replace the old middleware developed in VB. Parts have been replace and already in production. - Developed a MVC Framework to host internal applications. The front-end ensure that employees follows business processes and are accountable for their daily tasks. The website is on production. - Developed a tool for risk calculation for Lending and Borrowing activities. The tool is used to reduce the probability that a portfolio will incur large losses. The tool is used on a daily bases. - Upgraded and provided support on a client’s Front-End providing operational and administrative services to institutional clients. - Lead developer on a C# application for automating reports and facilitate their access to the users. Tools currently in production. - Installed a new continuous integration stack. Tools are the new standards software suite for SG JHB Dev Team. - Corporate Initiatives .
