The role involved taking customers through the journey of buying a new MINI, including qualification, product knowledge, test driving, finance options, negotiation and closing the sale. Using various channels to draw in and nurture business through; finance campaigns, customised videos on new updates/models, follow up calls to the current customer base and mailing lists. By the end of my time at Sytner, I had returning loyal customers that purchased multiple cars from me. Like I now do in tech, I demonstrated my real passion for cars and motorsport – a contributing factor for me becoming the highest sales performer for two consecutive years and also finishing 4th in the 2018 Sales Executive League out of over 160 executives across the whole division.
