Charles had the challenging job of systems librarian. He kept all our resources functioning and accessible with great dedication. He displayed a great depth and breadth of technical knowledge that allowed him to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly. I had confidence that if I had a problem Charles would ALWAYS fix it. Charles worked well with our staff and our student body giving the students the same expert service with their technical problems. Charles definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. I would be happy to work with Charles again.
