I have had the pleasure getting to work with Charles during this semester. A key trait I've noticed in him is his high energy and superb communication skills. We currently take the same sales class at CMU where he is always eager to lead breakout sessions, and lift his fellow classmates. There are very few people you can find in this world that have the ability to easily lead others like Charles does. Any question I have over topics regarding our class, Charles will give a clear and impactful answer to me. Charles is not only a driven student in the classroom, as he participates in organizations such as "Men About Change" here at CMU, and he is on the football team as well. On top of both of those in his spare time, Charles mentor's fellow classmates looking to get the extra help they need. This is the epitome of maximizing your time for the right things.
