Chuck is great to work with - totally intense and focused on getting the job done but a lot of fun to be around. We worked together for a couple of years on a 10-person team to teach the entire Xerox design center a new CAD system (SDRC I-DEAS) and implement new work processes. It was a formative experience for me. I learned a lot from Chuck as our team leader.
