• In the role of Project Manager, re-designed a product within two years and increased its revenue value from $500k in 2009 to almost $12M in 2021. • Met with key OEM’s and end users to redesign equipment and convert competitor’s products to Dodge • Influential leadership resulted in parent company acceptance of strategic plan and implementation of redefined methods of working tradeshows. • Developed and implemented strategies to Increase sales from $150k to $500k in two years for a re-badged product. • Assisted with the successful product launch of Torque-Arm II and grew sales by over 70% and captured an additional 15 points of market share since the introduction in 2001, bringing it to a majority market share position. • Successfully set up the initial Quantis assembly centers in Reno, NV and Guadalajara, MX: Worked closely with plants, warehouses, purchasing, engineering, and marketing groups to assess proper inventories, purchase assembly equipment, and train assembly personnel. Completed well under anticipated timeline despite the challenges of zero budget allocation for the project. Innovative strategies led $50k in funding.
