I first met Charles when he joined AllClear ID in the customer service training class immediate proceeding my own. His distinct sense of professionalism, eager & acute ability to learn, and drive was apparently from the get go. We both grew from our preliminary roles and I could always count on Charles and took pleasure in interacting with him anytime our paths crossed thereafter. He has a unique ability to parlay the aforementioned qualities into his everyday attitude and workflow that makes him a valuable asset in any task he's given. We've also developed a friendship outside the office that I count among the best that I rely on during the low and highs of both our personal and professional lives.
