Charles & I collaborated on several important projects at Roku to increase consumer engagement and CLV. The projects are complex and have many stakeholders. Throughout our collaboration, Charles has shown great product instinct and the innate ability to sense what consumers want. He is always open to feedback and makes bold decisions if there are any conflicting requirements. I have learned a lot working with Charles. He is a great teammate and an exceptional product leader.
