I had the pleasure of working as Charles's manager in Marketer Technologies in 2020 - 2021. We hired Charles as lead front-end developer to help bridge the gap between the development and design departments, and to help us implement and deliver several new conversion-optimized landing pages and ad banners to our customers. He excelled in both regards. Firstly, Charles is an extremely effective developer. Someone who will plan his own workday, focus, and get the job done, without much need for follow-up. He works independently, comes up with effective solutions to the problems he's given, and implements them in a more than satisfactory manner. In addition to delivering quality HTML/CSS/Javascript work at a solid pace, Charles is also someone who understands the larger picture of the work he's doing. It was very satisfying to work with him on improving our internal processes and products.
