I worked closely with Charles on the roll out of the system 'OpenSensors desk booking portal' at ISG. I led the way from ISG and Charles led the way from OpenSensors. From the initial meeting Charles was a great support and offered solutions to each of my questions that I raised in the initial planning and executing of the project. We met often so that I could share feedback from our staff to help develop the system to offer the most user friendly solutions to all. At each meeting Charles was punctual and easy to communicate with which made the entire project a breeze. Each request was never too big and Charles always found a way to make it work which I was thankful for. Once the system had been rolled out to our staff, Charles remained my primary contact for all onboarding and technical challenges.
