He has successfully developed several communications and project development plans for our organisation that have resulted in increased visibility, impact, donor funding and ultimately national and international awards, which include the World Summit Youth Award 2010, the Stockholm Challenge 2010, the 2010 ICT Young Innovator of the Year Award, and the ACBF Capacity Development Market Challenge 2011. Besides his ordinary scope of work as a System Administrator, Charles is able to contribute in other initiatives which included developing effective training modules for the climate change virtual school, scripts for the documentaries and press releases. Charles assumed a leadership role in the programs department inspiring and motivating other employees.
