Charles and I were interns together in the spring and summer of 2019 at YEAA where we learned how to build our own service based business from ground up. Out of the 250+ interns the company led that year in our position, Charles led the pack from start to finish. His work ethic surpassed many and I had the pleasure of being able to build a relationship and learn from him. His problem solving and organizational skills, attention to detail, ambition, and natural leadership was unmatched. He's wise beyond his years and will always be the kind of man who elevates others around him. It was my absolute pleasure to be a peer of his in 2019.

For 30 years this internship has provided entrepreneurial college students with an opportunity to gain real-world business, management, and sales experience by running their own business from the ground up. Managers go home on the weekends in the spring to market and sell work, which is then produced in the summer months before returning to school in the fall. Each student is paired with an executive to guide them through the internship as well as personally mentor them. -Finished 1 out of over 250 managers hired nationwide in revenue -Sold over and produced $201,000 of services in a 4-month period, being the largest branch in company history -Awarded Entrepreneur of the Year -Generated, qualified, and met with over 150 leads to boost revenue -Averaged a 42% sales conversion rate for prospective leads -Hired and trained a part-time marketing team of 7 individuals -Managed 2 full-time teams, totaling 8 employees which completed over 56 projects Show less
