Charles was our Primavera P6 platform manager for a $200M landfill reconstruction project in NJ. The project lifecycle spanned from 2007 until 2014. Charles was responsible for managing the project information system, P6 that included: scheduling (CPM and PERT), monitoring (schedule and cost) and resource allocation. In 2013, Charles also provided valuable insight and analysis for a post-Katrina business interruption claim at Northrop Grumman shipyard valued in excess of $250M. Charles's analysis of schedule and resource allocation supported multiple legal arguments leading to a favorable settlement for our client. Charles' attention to detail, intimate understanding of project management practices and in-depth understanding and application of the Primavera P6 platform was vital in the successful completion of these two large projects.
