Mrs. Johnson has successfully helped raise more than $1.5 billion in equity to help build, develop and manage quality affordable housing for working families, seniors and veterans. Ms. Johnson's leadership extends across the JES family of companies where she helps develop talent and poise the company for future growth opportunities. She has proven to be a strong leader in the community as she represents Affordable Equity Partners with multiple non-profit organizations. Ms. Johnson is a St. Louis Business Journal “40 Under 40” award recipient and active in numerous civic and business organizations. She is a member of the St. Louis Regional Business Council’s Young Professionals Steering Committee and is active in their higher education and community engagement efforts. Ms. Johnson coaches and mentors philanthropists and leaders for the United Way of Greater St. Louis, where she is involved at every level of the organization with board members and contributors. She is also a member of the Heart of Missouri United Way Leadership Circle.
