Charlene and I worked together on the Shopper Marketing team at MaxPoint. While she was out in the field on meetings & calls, I acted as her Account Manager, running campaigns and helping with putting together proposals. Charlene has an amazing knowledge of the company - not by some stroke of luck but because she has taken the time and effort to learn; an attitude I imagine she will take with her throughout her career. The same goes for our processes. Even the most complicated, convoluted process never tripped her up because she takes her time and does it right the first time. She is focused and detail-oriented. We work collaboratively on all of our projects; each contributing to every campaign and the results have been great because of it! Finally, Charlene is a great coworker because she encourages others around her while also providing feedback. I feel as though I have become better at my own job through working with her, even though I have been here longer! She has always shown that she appreciates her coworkers and generally makes work better for it.
