I had the opportunity working Charlene in her company as her Marketing Officer. I directly reported to her. Working with Charlene gave me great insight into innovation in enhancing employee relations and HR practices. Working with Charlene and the team was the highlight of my career during the covid period. One remarkable aspect of Charlene is how she advocates a "Growth Mindset" attitude is vital for individuals to grow. She looks at outcomes in silver linings and always keeps an eye on ways to improve and develop. There is a room for growth in every dead-end and failure. She champions diversity (DEI), not only in gender aspect but also in ethnicity and all its layers, which is essential to move forward progressively as a whole. Community engagement is one of her top priorities as a leader. She truly believes that giving back to the community is the way to progress and succeed fully. She is passionate about providing a safe, positive, and healthy work environment. This characteristic reflects how the company culture at Catalyst Central - is a supportive and positive environment. She looks after the team's well-being first, as this will significantly affect the quality of the outcome and result. It is a pleasure working at Catalyst Central with the guidance and supervision of Charlene!
