Job Duties: Evaluate the credit quality of selected loans/loan relationships Review each loan within that relationship to determine compliance with the Bank's policy Verify safety & soundness practices are being adhered to (i.e.: Individual C/F, Global C/F, Collateral Coverage, Leverage, etc…) Review each loan for proper / executed loan documentation Review each loans / loan relationships risk rating for accuracy Perform stress tests on non-owner occupied, income producing, commercial R/E loans Developed & implemented commercial & residential appraisal review forms Review the workout progress on Watch List credits Prepare and submit various monthly/quarterly reports to management
