If you need something done - CALL CHARLEE! No matter what time of day (or night) if I had a sales proposal and needed help, she was my go-to person. Even if she didn't have time, she would make time or set a realistic expectation to return the product. In sales, the timelines are often set by the potential customer and Charlee understood that time kills all deals. If she wasn't available for support, she would rally her team to meet a deadline. Charlee understands the sales cycle and knows how to market to the need of the customer. Through her efforts, we were able to create potential solutions and close business. Her eye for design work on proposals created a seamless flow of information that was easy for the customer to follow. Lastly, Charlee has the best attitude, and it was a privilege to work with her at Cross Country Healthcare. It's unfortunate that the changes and restructuring of the sales and marketing team impacted her role. I would love to work with her again.

My relationship with Charlee began as a mentorship through Cox Enterprises, she as a Marketing super star and me as a Sales executive but developed into so much more over time. While I was assigned as Charlee’s mentor, I am certain I learned as much from her in return. Charlee and I spent many sessions strategizing about, although often lumped together as ‘Sales & Marketing’, the disconnects between the two departments and how we could make a difference to improve functionality and increase productivity drawing on our experience and expertise. Charlee’s drive to succeed is rivaled only by her passion for life and it shows in everything she does! Three words that immediately come to mind when I think of Charlee: integrity, compassion, strategic.
