September 1st 2010 Post Investment purchased Arbor Pointe and BH Management was the new management company who hired me as Community Manager, then promoted me to Senior Community Manager where I worked directly with the Regional Manager to help maintain 6 communities (Arbor Pointe, Park View, Bluffs at Town Lake, Mountain Ranch, and Country Club Creek) Promoted to Regional Manager in July 2012. Directed day-to-day operations with ongoing coordination with individual Managers, as well as monitored a collective staff of 51 employees.
