The technical achievements from this project have been wondrous with the custom api’s and systems integrations affording the app to display the right data points at the right times to the right people, and in multiple ways. It has been a pleasure partnering with Charitha for the last 1.5 years on our net new mobile iOS application. Charitha learns faster than Apple’s new M1, adapting quickly to technical challenges small and large. She is resourceful with a mental Rolodex of contacts knowing exactly who to contact and when, and she does all of this while continually computing technical contributions of the international team. She can determine the scope and resources for new asks, providing short and longer term options understanding skill sets of the technical team and scope of their responsibilities and time commitments. Many would say this amazing new app would not exist without Charitha as it was her proof-of-concept that captured the client’s attention and resulted in the assembly of the team to make the app real, and in such a relatively short amount of time.
