Appointed to deliver services to participants of Randstad RiseSmart as a freelance career coach. I coach participants as they move through career transitions within their current organization or to their next opportunity, whether that is a new job, career change or creative retirement. Leveraging my knowledge of the local job market, I help participants discover their focus, plan their transition strategy and execute it. I am a key member of a career mobility team partnered with other Randstad RiseSmart service providers, including branding experts and job concierges. Left role due to repatriation from the UK to the US.

This ranges from goal setting and job search strategies to personal brand development, networking, and interviewing. Left role due to London campus closure.

In my role as a Career Coach, I guided college students in all aspects of their career journey prior to graduation. This included helping them find the right major, explore their Strengths, discover career paths, find valuable internships, and sharpen their skills to launch them into meaningful careers. I did this through one-on-one coaching, classroom presentations, and campus engagement. I continued to serve on the Wellness Committee for the PLNU Employee Wellness Program I helped to create.

Human Resources Recruitment & Compensation Analyst

My central responsibility in this role was to serve as the primary recruiter and initial reviewer for all hourly staff positions at PLNU. I worked closely with hiring managers to advise them on best recruiting practices, sourcing options, Workday system processes, and salary components. I acted as a support and resource to managers from job post to new hire onboarding. I facilitated the use of the Predictive Index as a recruitment insight tool through administering the assessments and interpreting the results to advise hiring managers. With regard to compensation, I reviewed position responsibilities and recommend placement within the University's compensation structure considering external benchmarks and internal equity factors.In addition to recruiting, I managed the PLNU Employee Wellness Program and led the implementation of the habits based wellness platform, WellRight. I was responsible for wellness communication, branding, and design of all related programs and events. PLNU's Employee Wellness program won WellRight's 2018 Employee Engagement Award.

I wore many hats in this role. I led in the development, delivery, and evaluation of the PLNU Employee Wellness Program. I managed all wellness communication, branding, and design of all related programs and events. I served as the primary training coordinator as we implemented a new human capital management system, Workday, to the campus community. I developed training schedules materials, and user guides for all widely used HR processes in the Workday. I evaluated opportunities to streamline new hire and onboarding process to revitalize new hire experience. I was in charge planning and directing community events and all events related to HR. It was also my responsibility to manage the University switchboard program through hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising student and staff employees.

Served as administrative support to the AVP for Human Resources and the Human resources office. Acted as an informed liaison between the University and off-campus while remaining a conduit for intra-campus communication. I maintained knowledge of all campus events through constant communication and relationship building with each office and academic department. It was my responsibility to hire and supervise nine student employees and to coach them to strengthen their customer service skills. In my time, I restructured the position for increased efficiency, productivity, and organization while creating procedure manuals and training material.

Medifast is a company focused on helping people achieve the extremely difficult task of weight loss through a strict eating plan. As a Counselor, I met with clients weekly to educate and strategize how to overcome obstacles in front of them to keep moving forward in their effort to shed pounds. Once clients reached their goals, the focus shifted to supporting weight maintenance and establishing healthy eating patterns.
