Charissa is very detailed & organized when I worked with her at HECO. She made my job as QA Manager easier as the contact for replacement parts on custom bridgecranes for the aerospace industry. Overhead bridge cranes are custom built per customer specification. HECO, building custom systems since 1969; changing technology & replacement parts many times were obsolete. AutoCad expert and always a positive attitude!
