  For the role, I ensured on time and within budget completion of project, based at flag ship site in Lichfield 670 units consisting of private and HA plots with properties worth £600K+. I directed and coordinated all operations of the entire site for 6 months. I enforced end-to-end compliance of defined policies and procedures to eliminate inconsistencies and redundancies.
