Bio
Jon Rosenberg
I had the privilege of earning my Executive MBA alongside Chareon in the Rutgers 2011 EMBA class. As class president, I had the unique opportunity to create deeper relationships with each of my classmates who were willing to go the extra mile for the benefit of the class. Chareon consistently exhibited these qualities in an unassuming and humble manner. A perfect example of this was during our EMBA summer trip to China. Fluent in Mandarin, Chareon went out of his way to make sure that the rest of us were taken care of during our business visits and social/tourist excursions. Wherever we were, Chareon was in the background speaking to the management, ensuring that our tours were full of content and when dining, that our glasses and plates were always full. Chareon never sought recognition for these actions; it was apparent to all of us that he did wonderful things for the group simply because he had an ability that the rest of us did not. Chareon’s capability and selflessness were also apparent in our classes, group-work, and study sessions. He would not only volunteer to complete the most difficult tasks, but would take on any extra work that was needed to ensure a deliverable’s deadline and positive value. I wholeheartedly endorse Chareon on the basis of his intelligence, capability, humility and exquisite moral compass. I believe that he will prove a shining asset in any organization who values these qualities in their associates and executives.
