      Update the repair status daily on our website. Track this exchange of parts via timely updated “Change Order” requests within the CA Service Desk system. § Receive spare parts shipment from suppliers/vendors and transfer to the CSD warehouse. Confirm the same for each vendor in the relative system and by return e-mail. § Prepare spare parts, repair and related reports to vendors & management. § Send reports to suppliers/vendors on schedule. § Update suppliers/vendors on-line systems when necessary.  § Follow-up on the CA Service Desk system update procedure by CSD team in coordination with the Technical Supervisor.  § Coordinate activities with Technical Supervisor and report to vendors/suppliers any defect trends identified by the Technical Supervisor and CSD team.  § Evaluate current spare parts handling procedures and practices for accomplishing objectives to develop and implement improved procedures and practices.
