Charandeep did a live project with us to measure brand recall and get insights into consumers attitudes and behaviours about Ayurveda. He is a fast learner, thinks on his feet and is committed. I would recommend him for any sales & marketing assignments. Best of luck Charan!

The "Golden Threshold Program" of HCCBPL lasted for 2 months. My profile was to work on the distribution expansion of Coca Cola products in 2 districts in Karnataka which were challenging and dominated by the competitors. The project was executed in two ways: 1. Appointment of a new distribution partner/entity 2. Expanding the areas of the existing entities The project involved dealing with the complex geography, finding the gaps to be covered, extensive travelling, scouting in the unserved areas to understand the challenges and the opportunities and finally closing an appropriate profile after the convincing and the negotiations.
