I recently completed a project with The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, and I just wanted to take the time to thank the different actors who helped me in my journey. I was very fortunate to work in a National Team and lead at Serious Incident Response Scheme, Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. This was a very rewarding experience to work with a brilliant cohort of professionals, across vast departments and stakeholders that provided me with great opportunity to enhance my professional knowledge, expertise, emotional agility, tackle interesting challenges on stringent deadlines, helping me to secure my career aspirations. I wish to mention all the great individuals and team I have worked with. I would specially like to thank Charaf Dablaq for his mentoring guidance and leadership, keeping me organised and supported. He has proven ability to streamline processes that drives efficiency and achieve key results through strong collaboration between business areas and other stakeholders under contradicting priorities, operating with minimal resources improvising emotional intelligence. His highly effective communication and negotiation skills in professional relationship building across different levels of client organisations as well as in developing and executing solutions is magnificent. I miss working with the ACQSC, little sad to have completed my tenure. I am looking forward to broadening my career horizons and exploring new opportunities.

Worked with Box Hill institute on a contract to match students with the ideal course to help them achieve their full potential and unlock new career opportunities. Working closely with the marketing team, we were able to promote courses and find new leads, resulting in a major improvement in enrolments and sales. BHI is a major provider of vocational education and acts as a great enhancer of students abilities. I helped students discover what really inspired them, I provided career advise and assisted them all the way between the application to the enrolment stage. Show less

I worked within the student support team handling calls live chats and emails, helping students with day to day enquiries. Victoria University offers courses ranging from short certificates to postgraduate degrees. VU achieved university status in 1991, but the preceding institutions date back to 1916. As one of Australia’s few dual-sector universities, they have over 40,000 enrolled higher education, and vocational education and training students.
